Skin sensitization test for allergic contact dermatitis in which shaved guinea pig skin is exposed to intradermal injections of a test agent together with complete Freund’s adjuvant, followed by an occlusive patch for boosting for \(\pu{48 h}\) beginning on day 7, and challenged on day 21.
