condition factor

symbol: $K$; unit: $\pu{g cm-3}$
https://doi.org/10.1351/goldbook.14545
Parameter used to describe growth in fish. It reflects real growth and nutritional status better than simple measurement of body mass.
Note: The condition factor, \(K\), is calculated from the following equation: \[K = m/l^{3}\] with mass, \(m\) and length \(l\) of the fish. The usual units are \(\pu{g cm-3}\).
