photosubstitution

https://doi.org/10.1351/goldbook.16216
Photochemical process leading to a substitution reaction.
Examples: Typical are photoinduced substitutions such as radical photosubstitution, nucleophilic photosubstitution, photo-NOCAS, photostimulated unimolecular radical nucleophilic substitution, photosubstitution of aromatic cations and anions. Another example is the photosubstitution of ligands in organometallic complexes.
