Compounds of structure $\ce{RN2^{+}Y^{−}}$, in which $\ce{R}$ is generally but not necessarily aryl, and the cations of which are usually formulated as $\ce{RN^{+}\!#N}$, E.g. $\ce{PhN^{+}\!#N}$ benzenediazonium chloride. They may also be named, from the canonical form $\ce{RN=N^{+}}$, hydrocarbyldiazenylium salts.
