Saturated silicon-nitrogen hydrides, having straight or branched chains. They are analogous in structure to siloxanes with $\ce{–NH\bond{–}}$ replacing $\ce{–O\bond{–}}$, e.g. $\ce{H3SiNHSiH2NHSiH3}$ trisilazane. By extension hydrocarbyl derivatives are commonly included.
